WHEN: June 14, 15, 16 and 17, 2011; from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. WHERE: Artists will meet at the SullivanMunce Cultural Center on the first day. All four days will consist of outdoor painting with instruction. REGISTRATION FEE: $600 members/$650 non-members (Fee includes four days of instruction; lunch each day; admission to the Art in the Garden Patron Party on Friday; and entry in the Zionsville Paint Out Exhibition to be held at the SullivanMunce Cultural Center September 2 –November 12, 2011)

Randall Sexton

Randall Sexton will be the featured artist for June at Eye On Art Gallery. The opening reception will be during the 2nd Saturday Gallery Walk for the Carmel Arts and Design District. There will be a reception for Randall, Wednesday, June 15 at 6pm here at the gallery. Randall will be here to teach a painting workshop at the SullivanMunce Art Center, June 14 - 17.

Randall is a fantastic California artist and teacher and this will be a great opportunity to study with him here in the Midwest. I took his workshop last October in Lodi, CA and really enjoyed the experience. His demos, critiques, and teaching were excellent.

Gallery Walk

The February Gallery Walk was well attended. A good response to the work on display. New people are discovering the gallery as well as the Carmel Arts and Design District. "You build it, they will come."

Family of Cows Sold

The three paintings by UK artist, Sam Dolman have found homes this last month. Sam will be painting more for the gallery, so hopefully by April, Eye On Art will have more cows on the wall.
